The Association of Arkansas Counties, Pulaski County Judge Barry Hyde, municipal officials, and law enforcement participated in the 7th Annual National Day of Racial Healing event, held at the Arkansas Municipal League's headquarters. Arkansas Peace & Justice Memorial Movement founders Kwame and Clarice Abdul-Bey co-convened the event. The AAC along with 26 counties signed proclamations dedicating themselves "to the principles of truth, racial healing, and transformation, and declaring "to promote racial healing and transformation in the ways that are best suited for them individually, as a means of working together to ensure the best quality of life for every child." #ARcounties #nationaldayofracialhealing
