2022: 15 coaches at institution in Lawrence County earned on average $21,836

Lawrence County’s 15 coaches earned an average salary of $21,836 in 2022, according to the U.S. Department of Education.

This is the seventh lowest average salary per county earned by coaches at Arkansas post-secondary schools during 2022.

Lawrence County is home to just one post-secondary school which paid coaches during 2022.

Male coaches of men's teams received $19,192 on average in Lawrence County, while female coaches in charge of women's teams earned an average of $25,855.

Research from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management found NCAA coaches are compensated like CEOs, with top coaches earning more than $1.5 million annually.
