The 2023-24 Crittenden County Quorum Court consisted of eleven members: Vickie Robertson (District 1), Albert Marconi (District 2), Stacy Allen (District 3), Tamara Hood (District 4), Tyrone McWright (District 5), Thomas Dill (District 6), Ronnie Marconi (District 7), Robert Thorne, Jr. (District 8), Kenneth Cross (District 9), James Fraley (District 10) and Lisa O’Neal (District 11). The court convenes on the third Tuesday of every month.
In terms of fiscal matters, the total proposed budget for Crittenden County in 2022 was $22,387,981.50.
Apart from his role on the Quorum Court, Fraley is also a farmer who has been operating his business since 1995.
Fraley, a Democrat, will face a primary challenge from former Turrell Mayor Dorothy Cooper.
The primary election day in Arkansas is set for March 5. Early voting commenced on Feb. 20, 2024.
