The Community Development Agency of West Memphis is in the process of developing the West Memphis Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Program Annual Action Plan for the Fiscal Year 2023.

The public hearings will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, and Monday, March 20, 2023, at 5:00 PM. The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Program Annual Action Plan for the Fiscal Year 2023 and the possible amendments to the 2022 Annual Action Plan. Citizen suggestions on activities to be undertaken as a part of this plan will also be requested and are a vital part of this process.

Comments and suggestions are welcome, and all persons present at the public hearings

will be afforded the opportunity to speak and present their views. Please be advised that if virtual hearings are used, real-time responses and accommodations for persons with disabilities and/or with limited English proficiency will be made available to the greatest extent possible.
