Black History Month Event "Living the Legacy" at Arkansas Northeastern College hosted by ANC's Office of Community Relations. Thursday, February 23, 2023, starting at 10am in the Adams/Vines Recital Hall. Former Blytheville Mayor James W. Sanders will be the keynote speaker. Several groups from local schools will be performing. FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
