All city buildings and facilities will be open Wednesday, February 1. However, due to the weather and road conditions, opening hours will be delayed until 10:00 a.m.
Regular operating hours will resume Thursday, February 2.
- To report power outages, West Memphis Utilities may be reached at (870) 735-3355 (option 2)
- All emergency services will operate on normal schedules.
