The Williams volleyball team won the first set against the Cottey Comets, but lost the next three sets and dropped the match on Friday night.
The Lady Eagles won the first set 25-20, but the Comets rebounded and won the second set 25-23, the third set 25-20, and the fourth set 25-18.
Molly Henson led the team with 13 kills in the match. Sydney Burgin had 20 assists while Laykin Harkcom had 15. Burgin and Hope Raymond both finished with 18 digs to lead the team, while Alonna Thomas had 14, Harkcom had 12, and Faith Raymond had 10.
