CITY OF BLACK ROCK: Foothills will be November 5th

Foothills will be Saturday November 5th. Here are some of the activities currently lined up.

Friday night, the Black Rock Fire Department will have a Ham & Bean supper.

Saturday morning, the Black Rock Lions Club will have their annual Pancake Breakfast running from 6am - 10am.

Booth spots can set up on Saturday morning. Remember, booth area will open at 9am so all vehicles will have to be off this portion of Main Street be 8:30 am.

If you would like a booth spot, contact Black Rock City Hall at 870-878-6792. Booth spots are $10 each this year except the one that have access to power, those will be $25.

Opening Ceremony will be at 10am. We have several things happening during the opening ceremony including the welcome to Foothills by Mayor Bonnie Ragsdale, we will also present plaques to the Business of the year and the Volunteer of the year.

We have JR Rogers playing music later in the day and we have Cory Jackson closing the evening out on the stage.

We are looking for any gospel groups in the area that would like to come and sing during the day. Or any group or band that would like to share their talents with us. If you are interested in doing so, please contact Black Rock City Hall 870-878-6792 or send a message to 870-926-8314. We look forward to hearing from you.

The committee is working hard to make this one of the best Foothills in a long time.

Also, don’t forget about the Go Kart races down at the race track. Looking forward to a good time there also.
