Newport Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on June 8.
GMI Computing will be at the NEDC on June 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and June 16 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If anyone is interested in a position, just stop by.
GMI Computing announces that they will be developing a location in Newport, Arkansas and are seeking to hire 6 to 8 people by July 1st to work in a computer data operation. GMI Computing is a semiconductor-backed mining venture securing the Bitcoin blockchain. Their mission is dedicated to become a vertical industry leader in digital asset infrastructure. They are developing next-generation technology to support our deployment strategy of 200MW mining power in Iceland, Dubai, and the United States.
