Walnut Ridge issued the following announcement on May 27.
Friday May 27th. Our apologies to anyone using the ladies rest room at Stewart Park, but not everyone appreciates the work city crews are trying to do at the park. Police are reviewing security footage, in an attempt to prosecute the person, or persons involved. I hope to have the artistic impressions blacked out today and the bathroom walls repainted next week. NOTE: If the yellow sign is off the door, the drawings have been blacked out and the ladies room can be used without exposing the obscenities to kids. CSnapp
**UPDATE 1:00pm**
**SPECIAL THANKS TO JOHN SUMMERS PAINTING OF WALNUT RIDGE, they removed all the paintings in the restroom and it is fit for use again.
We appreciate the work they 
did for us and they even refused to take any payment for their services.
