Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Casino Host to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. Casino Hosts wear many hats including developing and implementing new promotions, building successful connections with our guests, managing special events and tournaments, and more. Our ideal candidate is knowledgable of casino games, has a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, and wants to contribute to the success of an organization.
Responsibilities
Network with known players to Identify and contact high value guests by utilizing telemarketing, correspondence, and personal interactions. Establishes and maintains relationships with assigned customers. Responsibilities include: Booking guest accommodations, special events, hotels, restaurant reservations, and other amenities. Must be able to comfortably make outgoing phone calls to generate trips.
Create special events including player parties, marketing promotions, and other activities to reward and recognize new and loyal existing players. Also help manage special events including the planning and execution of the events.
Communication of player needs and wants for existing programs to keep them informed of events, activities, programs and benefits as a VIP guest.
Survey players to determine their needs and wants. Be willing to answer their requests in a timely manner via phone call or email.
Qualifications
At least 21 years of age.
At least two years experience in a customer service or sales position.
3 year as Casino Host or similar preferred.
Able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
Knowledgable of various games, their rules, and can speak to them comfortably.
