Cross County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on May 3.
Congratulations to Senior, Emma Casbeer, for receiving the Cross County Chamber of Commerce "Salute to Education" Scholarship.
Emma is the daughter of King and Kristin Casbeer. She has been involved in EAST, Future Business Leaders of America, and Junior Progressive Club.
She plans on attending the University of Arkansas.
