Of the 985 people living in Luxora city in 2020, 45 percent (443) were women and 55 percent (542) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Upper Delta News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 43. In the 65 and over age range, there were 41 females and 69 males.
