Of the 6,477 people living in Woodruff County in 2020, 53.6 percent (3,472) were women and 46.4 percent (3,005) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Upper Delta News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 80. In the 65 and over age range, there were 871 females and 663 males.
