Flushmate's Technical Support Representative role is one of a creative, tenacious problem solver. In this role you are the primary source to provide timely and accurate solutions on requests from internal and external customers. This position collaborates with other members of the Customer Support Team ensuring customer expectations are met.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to internal and external customers in a timely manner with accurate information (via phone or email). This includes inquiries of product troubleshooting, warranty support shipments, order status and returns. All pertinent notes logged in Foxpro.
Accurately enters and reviews customer accounts and shipments and provides customers with any feedback relating to product information.
Provide product training for internal and external customers.
Report and record findings from customers to our internal departments such as Quality, Engineering and Manufactruing in regard to product issues, information and installations
Other responsibilities as required
