City of West Memphis issued the following announcement on Feb. 24.
Icy conditions have been reported on bridges. Conditions will be hazardous especially on area bridges and overpasses.
Remember these winter driving tips if you are out on the roads today.
Slow down
Avoid distractions
Allow more space between vehicles around you
Accelerate and decelerate slowly
Brake early and gently
