Williams Baptist University issued the following announcement on Feb. 8.
The Williams Works students on Eagle Farms have been hard at work harvesting our lettuce crop from the greenhouses on campus! #WBUEagles
We harvested lettuce!! STUDENTS: this is will be served in our very own cafeteria!!!
