City of West Memphis issued the following announcement on Feb. 10.
Part of Mayor McClendon’s Operation Clean City initiative included new commercial dumpsters.
Crews began delivering the newly repainted dumpster this week.
The painted dumpsters can be spotted all around the city as we continue to Reimagine #WestMemphis. #winningstreak
