City of Black Rock issued the following announcement on Feb. 10.
The City of Black Rock has Covid self-test at the Black Rock City hall. We have had these test available for the last 2 to 3 weeks.
To obtain one of these test, you must present a Black Rock water bill stub.
These will be available while supplies last.
