Newport Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Dec. 11.
Cobblestone Hotel & Suites invites the community for“Cookies and Cocoa” on Saturday, December 18 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Santawill take pictures with the children before heading back to the NorthPole. The conference room will be open for children to make Christmascards. The lounge opens at 4:30 p.m. for parents to relax and enjoy abeverage while the children are busy with artwork. The Cobblestone lobbywill be open to all for fresh baked cookies and hot cocoa.
