City of Black Rock issued the following announcement on Nov. 9.
The City of Black Rock would like to thank everyone for coming out and supporting this years Foothills. We are looking forward to start planning next years Foothills.
We would like to congratulate Renee’s Cafe for being chosen Black Rock Foothills Business of the year.
We would also like to congratulate Kathy Robertson for being chosen Black Rock Foothills Volunteer of the year.
Again, thank you for ALL your support on this years Foothills and look forward to seeing you next year.
