City of West Memphis issued the following announcement on Oct. 29.
West Memphis Utilities apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused, we are working diligently to make the necessary repairs in a timely manner.
Please be patient... Our service crews have arrived and are investigating the cause of the outage. We apologize for this inconvenience.
