The Newport City Beautiful Commission was a recent recipient of a Service Project Fund grant from Modern Woodmen of America to install a Welcome to Newport sign just off Exit 83 on Stegall Road. The sign was designed and installed by Steve Wilson of Wilson Sign Company in Newport.
A special thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Shane Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Howard L. Felts and the ladies of the John 3-17 Ministry for helping us complete this project.
