Walnut Ridge issued the following announcement Oct. 8.
Walnut Ridge Police and Fire Departments will hold a drive-thru Trunk-r-Treat in Stewart Park again this year, pending we have enough participation from organizations, business and industry. The event will be held Sunday evening October 31st. Participants can start setting up booth at 3:30 and must have the set up completed by 4:45. Gates will open at 5 p.m and entry will close at 6:30 p.m. For additional information or to sign up to participate, call City Hall 870-886-6638 or e-mail CityHall@CityofWalnutRidge.com
FYI, We are also working on the details for the Christmas Parade to be held on Tuesday December 7th. At this time the parade is planned as it was prior to the pandemic.
