City of West Memphis issued the following announcement on Oct. 2.
Congratulations to all of our Paint the Town Blue and Silver participants. There were so many good ones to choose from. Our winners were
1st Place-Cross County Rural Water Systems
2nd Place-Cross County Bank Hickory Ridge
3rd Place-First Financial Bank Cherry Valley
Come out tonight and watch those Thunderbirds and also to see the Chamber for Tailgating.
