Williams Baptist College Athletics issued the following announcement on Sept. 18.
The women finished in sixth place with a total of 112.5 points, while the men finished in third with a total of 264 points.
The Eagles posted a few top 3 and record breaking finishes. Kaleb Shive led the Men's 200 Medley Relay(1:40.97) of himself, Henry Vernon, Szymon Gilzynski, and Hayden Vernon to a new record and claimed the 50 back record opening the race in (24:05.) Szymon Gilzynski placed 3rd in the 200 free and 100 fly (Record: 51.67) Kaleb Shive had his own top performance breaking 2 more individual records and placing 3rd in the 50 free(22.02) and 100 Back (53.10)
"It is always great to start off the season fast. We have a lot of things we need to clean up for next week but it was great to see them in action. I am excited for a great season," head coach Walker Todd said following the event.
