Immaculate Conception Church issued the following announcement on Aug. 22.
St. Joseph Kitchen would like to thank the Knights of Columbus for organizing the canned food collection for our monthly food distribution.
We are very grateful for all the food that Immaculate Conception’s parishioners donated.
We are doing our best to find families or individuals who are in need of food.
Ifyou know of anyone, please let Tammy in the office know. I recently met a lady who goes to the
library every morning and the city pool in the afternoon on the days it is open. She offers a free sack lunch to anyone who
wants one. She is putting our flier in each sack for us.
