City of Black Rock issued the following announcement on Aug. 26.
Black Rock Foothills committee will meet Monday night, August 30th @ 7:00pm at the Black Rock City Hall.
As of now, we are still planning to have the Black Rock Foothills on November 6th, 2021.
Come join the committee meeting to help make plans for this years Foothills.
