City of Blytheville issued the following announcement on Aug. 17.

You want to tear down your own house?? Awesome!! We encourage that, but PLEASE contact Code Enforcement BEFORE you begin any work. There are certain steps that you’ll need to follow. We want to be sure that you and your neighbors are safe, you’ll also need a demolition permit!!
