Walnut Ridge issued the following announcement on July 23.
Any bulk tree debris left over from the storm on May 4th, will need to be moved to the side of the street, with butt ends facing the street.
After being placed by the street, the location for pick-up will need to be called in to City Hall at 870-886-6638. THIS
NEEDS TO BE DONE NO LATER THAN AUGUST 2ND.
If tree trimmers were hired to cut trees and limbs, they are responsible for hauling them away.
Residential building and fencing material debris from the storm will need to be placed in a separate pile from the limbs, otherwise neither will be able to be picked up.
