Census Bureau: More women than men in Corning city in 2019

Of the 3,137 people living in Corning city in 2019, 51.6 percent (1,619) were women and 48.4 percent (1,518) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Upper Delta News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 968-to-887. In the 65 and over age range, there were 357 females and 205 males.
